Jon Douyard

Jon Douyard is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Gentherm since January 2025, Jon previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Shyft Group from March 2020 to January 2025. Prior to that, Jon was Vice President of Finance and CFO at Fluke Corporation from June 2016 to March 2020 and held the role of CFO for Sikorsky Commercial Systems & Services at Sikorsky Aircraft from May 2012 to June 2016. Jon’s earlier career includes significant roles at GE Energy, where Jon was Global FP&A Leader in Power Generation Services, as well as Finance Executive positions in GE Inspection Technologies and GE Sensing. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University, earned from January 1997 to January 2001.
