Karsten Peitmann is an experienced international Human Resources executive with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. They began as a Personaldisponent at Randstad, moving on to various HR leadership roles, including HR Director at Johnson Controls and UPM, where they managed large teams and implemented strategic initiatives. In recent years, Karsten served as Vice President of Human Resources at ETO GRUPPE and currently holds the position of HR Director Europe at Gentherm.
