Michael Pfisterer

Michael Pfisterer serves as the Regional Quality Director for EMEA at Gentherm, where they lead the EMEA quality organization, managing over 250 employees across six production sites and three development centers. Their focus on operational excellence, employee growth, and customer satisfaction has supported significant initiatives in Supplier Quality Management and Warranty Engineering. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at Rheinmetall and DEUTZ AG, enhancing their expertise in business process management and quality systems. Michael earned a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Vehicle and Aircraft Engineering from Hochschule München.
