Ray Seo is a seasoned automotive industry professional with over 21 years of experience, currently serving as the Korea General Manager and Global HKMC Customer Business Unit Senior Executive Director at Gentherm. Ray has a strong engineering background complemented by an MBA, which enhances their ability to manage global strategies, operations, and customer relationships. Previously, Ray held significant roles at Tenneco and Eaton, achieving substantial revenue growth and developing key customer relationships across multiple regions, including Korea, China, and India. Ray is also fluent in Korean and English, facilitating effective communication in diverse environments.
