Saurabh is an experienced System Requirement Engineer at Gentherm since November 2022, with a background in engineering and project management in the automotive and electronics sectors. Saurabh's expertise includes leading raw material selection and development for battery systems, implementing cost and quality improvements, supporting supplier quality audits, and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure production efficiency in Europe. Prior experience at Unimicron Germany GmbH involved serving as an Application Engineer, focusing on resolving technical requirements for PCB production orders, as well as a Master Thesis Project addressing manufacturing bottlenecks in line with Industry 4.0.
