Scott Sapp is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in test engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering Services at Gentherm since September 2021, Sapp previously spent over two decades at Visteon Corporation, advancing from Product Test Design Engineer to Test Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams of engineers and technicians, overseeing product validation areas, and ensuring ISO17025 certification compliance. Sapp holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design from Eastern Michigan University.
