Tim Cao

Tim Cao has extensive experience in supply chain and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Global Mechanical Category and Asia Purchasing Business Partner at Gentherm since June 2010. In this role, Tim Cao is responsible for global mechanical category purchasing and supports business development initiatives. Prior to this, Tim Cao held various positions at IBM, including Procurement Services Consultant and Global Commodity Manager, focusing on purchasing strategy and supplier management. Tim Cao's career began with roles in logistics and accounting, including a sales manager position at Shenzhen International South China Logistics and an accountant role at China Guangfa Bank. Tim Cao holds a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Yale School of Management, a Master's in Logistics Management from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor's in International Shipping Management from Shanghai Maritime University.
