Nelson Sim

Nelson Sim has extensive experience in contract management and quantity surveying, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Contract Management at Resorts World Genting since July 2014, where a large-scale integrated leisure and hospitality development is underway. Prior to this role, Nelson held positions such as Contracts Manager at Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. for a significant office tower project and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Consolidated Contractors International Company, participating in various construction endeavors. Notable previous roles include Contracts Surveyor at John Paul Construction, Senior Quantity Surveyor at Takenaka Corporation for major hotel projects, and various quantity surveying positions at GM Build Corporation, EMKAY Construction, and MBf Builders. Nelson holds a Diploma in Technology (Building) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
