Angela Chan

Angela Chan is a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed (COTA/L) with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently employed at Encompass Health since July 2022, Angela provides intensive occupational therapy interventions in a JCAHO certified rehabilitation hospital. Concurrently, Angela has been with Sun Mar Healthcare since May 2018, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing patient care in skilled nursing facilities and subacute settings. Additionally, Angela has experience educating patients and families on safety and independence in home health settings through roles at United Rehab Group and Nursing Without Walls. Previous work includes developing outpatient orthopedic treatments at interface rehab, inc., and engaging children with autism at California Psychcare. Angela holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from UC Irvine and an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from Stanbridge University.
