Dan Franklin is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in delivery engineering and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Delivery Lead at Gentrack Ltd, Dan oversees the integration project for Mercury and Trustpower, managing the migration of 350,000 ICPs. Prior roles include Project Manager at makepositive, where leadership of teams on complex software development projects notably contributed to the music community through digital onboarding improvements.
