John Priggen

John Priggen is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in senior finance roles across various sectors, particularly in technology and financial services. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Gentrack Ltd since February 2022, John previously held the CFO position at Momenta Group Global, overseeing skilled contingent professionals across multiple regions. Prior to that, John held CFO roles at Validis™, providing software for auditors and commercial lenders, and at Xchanging PLC, where responsibilities included divisional CFO roles and Group Commercial Director. John has also built a strong foundation in internal audit, having worked as Group Head of Internal Audit at both Xchanging and Novar PLC, alongside significant experience at PwC as a Senior Audit Manager. John holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAEW.
