Laura Foley

Laura Foley is currently serving as a Senior People Experience Partner at Gentrack Ltd, where responsibilities include delivering people-related activities across ANZ Business Units and managing internal leadership development programs. Previously, Laura held roles at Arup, including Senior P&C Advisor and HR Business Partner, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and operational activities. Earlier career experiences include HR administration at Queen Mary University of London and Hilton Queenstown Resort and Spa, along with a human resources internship at Presbyterian Support Central. Laura holds a Bachelor of Communication with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Massey University.
