Sam Croucher

Sam Croucher currently serves as the Head of Legal for the APAC region at Gentrack Ltd, where leadership involves overseeing legal and commercial functions across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, managing legal risk, and facilitating business growth. Prior to this role, Sam held various positions at Commonwealth Bank, including State Manager of Transaction Banking for Victoria and Tasmania, and Senior Legal Counsel, providing comprehensive legal advice, managing stakeholder relationships, and guiding contract negotiations. Sam's earlier experience includes legal counsel roles at Herbert Geer and Investec, as well as an analytical position at Westpac. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting from the University of Adelaide.
