Sian Mitchell

Sian Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and client service management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer and Senior Client Service Analyst at Gentrack Ltd since January 2017. Prior to this role, Sian worked at EDF Energy from January 2006 to January 2017, holding positions including System Support and Project System Tester, where responsibilities involved problem solving, data analysis, and testing business processes.
