Jan O'Keefe, GAICD, currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at HBF Health since August 2024 and holds the position of Deputy Chair & Non Executive Director at genU since November 2019. Previous roles include Executive General Manager of the VIC/TAS Division at I-MED Radiology Network from June 2022 to August 2024, and Senior Executive in the Homecare Division at Medibank from February 2020 to June 2022. Jan O'Keefe has also worked as General Manager of ahm Health Insurance and held various leadership positions within Medibank and ahm Health Insurance, including General Manager Customer Contact & Channels and Head of Sales & Transformation. Earlier career experiences include Head of Contact Centres at Red Energy and General Manager of Legal Services at the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand, as well as General Counsel at Commercial Fisheries Services. Jan O'Keefe holds a Master's degree in International Law from Suffolk University Law School, Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Law from Victoria University of Wellington, and completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School in 2019.
