Michelle Fox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the disability sector, currently serving as the Client Services Manager at genU since July 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle held various leadership positions at Activ Foundation, including Head of Customer Experience, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experience and developing strategic partnerships, and Head of Workforce Optimization, focusing on workforce planning strategies. Michelle’s background also includes serving as Business Manager for People and Quality, successfully navigating compliance challenges, and achieving certification with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission. Currently pursuing an MBA at Curtin University, Michelle’s educational background is further strengthened by leadership training and executive education from Murdoch University and Barnett and Associates.
