Ryan Smith has worked in the engineering field since 1998. Ryan began their career at BFGoodrich-JcAIR Test Systems Division as an Engineer. In 2000, they moved to Ideal Aerosmith Inc. (Formerly Pentar Avionics) and held the same role. In 2004, they joined CertTech, LLC as a Sr. Staff Engineer.
