Tom Roberts

Tom Roberts has over three decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career as a Consultant at Keane, where they provided level 3 support for the S/38 at IBM Rochester. Tom then worked at Cargill as a Programmer/Analyst before joining Solonis as the CEO. At Solonis, they developed innovative CRM/Performance Improvement software systems and provided CRM strategies and project management services to community banks and credit unions. After leaving Solonis, they became the Director of US Operations at GoNet USA, where they delivered tailored CRM solutions and application development services. Most recently, Tom worked at Kofax as a Named Account Executive, focusing on the transformation of the First Mile of customer engagement. Currently, they are working at Genus Technologies as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for sales of Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, and Robotic Process Automation software in the US market.

From 1983 to 1987, Tom Roberts attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems.
