Dan Lorentzen has worked as Chief IP Counsel at Genus PLC since February 2022. Prior to this, they were an Associate Attorney at McKee, Voorhees & Sease, PLC from August 2012 to 2016. Dan also worked as a Law Clerk at the same company from December 2010 to August 2012.
Dan Lorentzen attended Augustana College from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Music. Dan then pursued higher education at the University of Iowa from 2003 to 2009, earning a Ph.D. in Immunology. Continuing their educational journey, they attended Drake University Law School from 2009 to 2012, completing their studies with a Juris Doctor degree.
