Dr. Ralph Heuser

Dr. Ralph Heuser currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at ToBe and as a Non-Executive Board Director at Genus PLC, while also holding the position of Senior Advisor/Partner at Stonehaven Cozmix Group since April 2022. Previously, Dr. Heuser was Vice President of International Commercial Operations and Global Commercial Integration at Elanco from January 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading sales and marketing integration following the acquisition of Bayer Animal Health. Dr. Heuser has extensive experience in top executive roles within the animal health industry, including leadership positions at Novartis and Boehringer Ingelheim. Dr. Heuser holds a Ph.D. in Macroeconomics from The University of Bonn and has completed numerous professional development programs, emphasizing leadership, negotiation, and operational excellence.
