Ron Radko

Ron Radko has a long and varied career in the software engineering industry. From 1992 to 2022, they have held various roles at Microsoft, Dashwire, Musto Skiff North America INC, Nuance Communications (+Tweddle Group Technologies), and Kymeta Corporation. At Microsoft, they were a Development Manager, Lead Software Design Engineer, and Software Design Engineer. At Dashwire, they were the Blackberry Development Lead and Android Developer. At Musto Skiff North America INC, they were the Owner and was responsible for marketing, sales, and organizing events for the Musto Skiff sailboat. At Nuance Communications (+Tweddle Group Technologies), they were the Senior Manager Solutions Team and was responsible for customer engagement and sales, building the team, customer and partner interaction, systems integration, delivery, and maintenance. Lastly, at Kymeta Corporation, they were the Director of Client Software Engineering and was responsible for the development of embedded software for multiple hardware products, transitioning the software team, developing customer and NOC support Tier 2 processes, integrating the software group with product, manufacturing, device engineering sales, and cloud software, and spearheading key initiatives. Ron is currently the Sr. Director Software at GenXComm.
