James Welham brings extensive experience in technical operations, program management, and supply chain management within the diagnostics and biopharmaceutical sectors. Since joining SEKISUI Diagnostics in April 2006, James has progressed to the role of Senior Manager, Technical Operations & Programme Management, where responsibilities include managing departmental operations, developing technical capabilities, and leading cross-functional project initiatives. Prior roles at SEKISUI include Senior Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Production Supervisor, where James focused on optimizing supply chains, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience as an Environmental Microbiologist at Abbott complements strong technical expertise. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Sheffield.
