Steve Brown has extensive experience in the insurance and medical assistance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Global Service Center Support Services and Director of Global Health and Safety at GeoBlue since 2016, where leadership involves a 24/7 world-wide service center focused on medical assistance and evacuations. Prior to this, Steve Brown was the Director of Expatriate and Foreign Ministry Claims at MetLife International from 2010 to 2015, overseeing a significant portfolio of disability, life, and medical claims. Additionally, from 1997 to 2010, Steve Brown held the role of Operations Manager at American Life Insurance Company, managing a domestic portfolio and executing operational governance projects. The career started at John Hancock Life Insurance Company, where Steve Brown managed a claims operation for 200,000 lives. Steve Brown holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
