Dan Rose

Dan Rose is an experienced GIS Project Manager currently overseeing projects for GeoComm, focusing on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for public safety. As the owner and operator of 360° GIS Consultants, Dan provides geospatial consulting services to municipalities and institutions, specializing in tailored GIS infrastructure solutions. Dan has held various leadership roles within the Kansas Association of Mappers, including Past President, and has contributed to several committees such as the Missouri GIS Advisory Council. Previous experience also includes managing geospatial services for the City of Columbia, driving enterprise GIS projects, and co-founding community initiatives like Painted Kanvas, a mobile painting studio. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of General Studies in Geography from the University of Kansas and an Associate Degree in Geography from Allen County Community College.
