Will Buckley

Will Buckley is a skilled geologist with a focus on paleoseismic studies and geotechnical fault trenching. They have worked as a Senior Staff Geologist at GEOCON and performed field investigations and construction monitoring in various roles, including positions at VO Engineering and TRINITY GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING, INC. Will's research experience includes applying advanced methodologies for understanding fault mechanics during their time with the SDSU Research Foundation. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from California State University-San Bernardino and a Master’s degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from San Diego State University. Passionate about geomorphology and neotectonics, Will has traversed over 7,000 miles on foot to observe geomorphological processes across diverse climates in North America and Europe.
