Frank R Towler has over 30 years of work experience in various positions. Frank R started their career in 1990 as the Founder of Strategic Networks Corp, where they built a successful VAR company focused on selling computer solutions and services to the BC Government and other public sector organizations. Frank R managed all aspects of market analysis, solution strategies, go-to-market plans, budgets, joint ventures, and business direction.

In 1998, Frank joined Agresso as the General Manager and Sales Director. Frank R quickly turned the division profitable within four months and achieved almost 200% of the revenue goal by the end of the year. Frank R also signed the largest contract in the company's history and successfully delivered the student information system incorporated into the ERP solution. Additionally, Frank arranged contracts with strategic partners and built a national sales team, resulting in substantial sales to colleges and universities.

From 2001 to 2005, Frank worked at Gateway File Systems as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Frank R built international marketing collateral and strategic plans to drive company growth and entry into new markets. Frank successfully sold healthcare electronic medical record services and secured agreements with major US healthcare buying groups and contracts with HMOs such as Kaiser Permanente, Sutter, and Christus Health.

In 2005, Frank joined Stardyne Technologies - Diamond Municipal Solutions as the NW District Sales Manager. Frank R added new clients and managed existing ones in the Pacific Northwest territory, specializing in implementing complex ERP-based technology solutions for local governments and the public sector. Frank rebuilt failed relationships in the geography, achieved the company's largest sale to date in the United States, and facilitated a company acquisition to expand the StarDyne group.

From 2008 to 2009, Frank worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Streetlight Intelligence Inc. Frank R evangelized a new hardware/software solution for the Canadian and USA marketplace, focusing on selling a power reduction capability to owners of streetlights. Frank prepared marketing collateral and built a sophisticated ROI model to support sales efforts.

At Honeywell - Advanced Solutions Division, Frank served as the Business Development Manager from 2009 to 2013. Frank R developed and executed the Matrikon business plan for rolling out new asset management software focused on the North American energy vertical. Frank gained an order with the US Army Corp and focused on consulting, services, and software related to data collection, monitoring, data analytics, and reporting for operational and asset reliability and efficiency.

From 2013 to 2014, Frank worked at Clevest Solutions as the Partner Success Manager. Frank R served as the primary business interface between Clevest and partners, responsible for project success, resource allocation, engagement of Clevest and partner sales forces, joint go-to-market strategies, and assisting partners in bid opportunities and proposals.

Frank joined Latitude Geographics in 2014 as the Partner Manager, where they managed partner relationships for the company.

In 2017, Frank became self-employed and worked from home as a Manager. Frank R transitioned to retirement in October 2017 but continued working on projects until February 2020. Frank R also spent some time "Catching Up" with unspecified work, from August 2017 to February 2020.

Frank R Towler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Hull University. Frank R also has completed Advanced Levels in Pure Math, Applied Math, Chemistry, and Physics from the University of Northampton. In addition, they hold a Diploma in Business Management from the University of BC. Furthermore, they have a certification in Canadian Information Processing from CIPS.
