Jonathan Bystedt

Jonathan Bystedt is a software developer with extensive experience in geographic information systems (GIS) and environmental analysis. Currently serving as the Product Owner for the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 at Latitude Geographics since August 2010, Jonathan has previously held roles including Reference Implementation Specialist and Product Support Analyst. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as a GIS Analyst for the Ministry of Forests and Range in British Columbia, where a practicum project involved the analysis of Douglas-fir beetle management. Jonathan's earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst Level II at ALS Environmental, focusing on analyzing waste and natural waters for contamination. Educationally, Jonathan holds a B.Sc. in Geography from the University of Victoria, completed in 2003.
