Stephane Kin is currently serving as the AF Co-Processing Operation Manager at Lafarge Canada, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Stephane held the role of AFR Business Unit Manager at Geocycle from October 2016 to November 2023, specializing in sustainability and resource recovery, particularly in the pre-processing and co-processing of alternate fuels and raw materials. Significant projects include managing a $1,848,000 biosolids co-processing system and contributing as a project engineer to the Low Carbon Fuel Co-Processing initiative at the Lafarge Richmond Cement plant. Prior experience at Lafarge Cement from May 2003 to October 2016 encompassed various engineering roles, including Raw Materials & Alternate Fuels Coordinator and Production Engineer. Stephane Kin obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, graduating in 2003.
