John Groff

John Groff has extensive work experience in the field of construction and engineering. John worked as an Adjunct Instructor at HACC Central Pennsylvania's Community College since 2013, where they taught an introductory course on construction documents and prepared students for certification exams. Additionally, they were responsible for coordinating the work of other instructors. Prior to this, they worked at Gannett Fleming, Inc. as a Principal Specifications Writer from 2004 onwards and as a Project Engineer since 1974.

John Groff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1966 to 1986. John also obtained several certifications including the MasterFormat Accredited Instructor (MAI), Construction Documents Technologist (CDT), Certified Construction Specifier (CCS), and Professional Engineer License (PE) from various institutions and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
