Fabien B. currently serves as the Head of M&A and Corporate Development at GEODIS since July 2025. Prior to this role, Fabien held the position of M&A Director at Alstom, where notable achievements included executing a $690 million carve-out of Alstom’s conventional signaling business in the US and managing divestitures following the acquisition of Bombardier. Fabien also had a significant tenure at EssilorLuxottica, serving as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and M&A Manager, successfully closing multiple deals in Africa and the UAE, and leading the acquisition of major e-commerce platforms in Europe. Previous experiences include positions at Africa Global Logistics, Saipem, Stifel Europe, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., contributing to various financial analysis, project management, and corporate finance initiatives. Fabien holds a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Tax from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
