Florent Cherel

Florent Cherel has extensive experience in finance and internal control within the logistics industry, currently serving as IT Finance & Internal Control Director at GEODIS since January 2008. Cherel has held multiple roles at GEODIS, including HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT for Western Europe, Middle-East, and Africa, and has managed projects related to finance IT systems and business intelligence applications. Previous roles include BU Financial Controller for Avirail, overseeing financial reporting and internal control improvements, and BU Head of Controlling for the Logistics North of France. Prior experience includes serving as Business Controller for Norbert Dentressangle, focusing on budgeting and reporting in both road and logistics divisions. Cherel holds a Business School Degree from IFAG - IFG (1991-1995).
