Loic Pleinet

Loic Pleinet is the Director of Logistics Operations at GEODIS, responsible for the logistics operations of four warehouses spanning 33,000 m² and serving industrial clients. They manage a team of 60 individuals, focusing on motivation, training, and performance while implementing Lean methodologies and continuous improvement strategies to enhance processes and client satisfaction. With over ten years of experience in the logistics sector, Loic has developed expertise in production and project management, effective leadership, and strategic vision. They previously served as a team leader at VALRHONA from 2015 to 2017. Loic holds a degree from IUT de Valence, completed in 2009.
