Paul Ware

Paul Ware, MBA, LSSBB, currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence for Packaging and Customization Services at GEODIS, where responsibilities include strategy development for business processes and organizational transformation through digital technologies. Prior to this role, Paul was the General Manager of Operational Excellence and Transformation at Neovia Logistics, as well as a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Mauser Packaging Solutions, where Paul implemented performance improvement processes. Additional experience includes serving as Plant Manager at CHGUENTHER and Maintenance Manager at Coca-Cola Refreshments, where Paul developed maintenance programs and coordinated product trials. Earlier in the career, Paul worked as a Training System Engineer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Paul holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tennessee State University.
