Rick Blake

Vice President, IT Central Services at GEODIS

Rick Blake has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rick worked at GEODIS from 2012 until the present, starting as an IT Project Manager and progressing to roles such as Director of the IT Project Management Office and Senior Director of IT Central Services. In 2022, they were appointed Vice President of IT Central Services. Prior to their time at GEODIS, Rick worked at TMW Systems, Inc. as the Manager of Implementation and Deployment from 2007 to 2012. Rick also served in the United States Marine Corps from 2000 to 2007, holding various roles including Recruiting Operations Officer and Communications Information Systems Officer. Rick began their career in the U.S. Navy as an Officer Candidate and served as a Yeoman.

Rick Blake obtained an Associate in Science degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College from 1996 to 1998. Rick then pursued a BSBA degree in Information Systems from Old Dominion University from 1998 to 2000. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2013.
