Sara Wright

Sara Wright is an accomplished training and operational excellence professional with extensive experience in educational and library settings. Currently serving as Campus Training Manager at GEODIS since December 2019, Sara oversees the training and onboarding of over 2,000 employees, emphasizing LEAN methodologies and process improvements. Previous roles at GEODIS include Training Supervisor and Training Coordinator, where Sara excelled in developing creative training solutions and adapting to new challenges during the pandemic. Prior experience with the Indianapolis Marion County Public Library as a Processing Assistant and various roles in martial arts instruction highlight Sara's commitment to effective training and knowledge dissemination.
