Son Tran

Son Tran is the Head of Business Excellence at GEODIS, where they lead operational excellence, supply chain security, business continuity, and ESG initiatives for the global logistics company. With over eight years of experience in logistics and manufacturing, Son has implemented improvement projects using Lean and Project Management methodologies. Previously, they served as a Lean Team Leader at Freetrend Industrial Ltd., and as a Production and Lean Assistant Manager at Esquel Group, where they managed extensive production operations and led Lean deployment across multiple factories. They also have a background in translation, having led a team of freelance translators prior to their corporate career. Son holds a Bachelor's Degree from HCMC National University of Vietnam.
