Stephane Dayries

Stephane Dayries has extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, and compliance, with a career spanning over two decades in various prominent companies. From 2007 to 2011, Stephane served as Internal Auditor Europe at Smurfit Kappa, focusing on financial and operational audits across 50 plants in 14 countries. Following this, Stephane held positions at Groupe Castel as Senior Internal Auditor from December 2011 to December 2013, and later as Internal Audit and Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included audit planning, execution, and the development of compliance programs. Prior roles include Finance Manager at Secalt Tractel Group, Internal Auditor at Tractel, and Senior Audit Manager at GEODIS, where Stephane executed forensic audits and assessed compliance programs. Educational qualifications include a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors and a degree in Accounting and Finance from ICN Nancy Graduate School of Management.
