Thomas Vert has a diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Thomas started their career as a Buyer at Monin Inc., where they were responsible for organizing purchases, managing stocks, and initiating supplies. Afterwards, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Jack Agency, analyzing client's needs and recommending improvements in terms of organization and procedures. Thomas then transitioned to TotalEnergies, where they held multiple roles including SAP Functional Consultant, SAP Process Expert, and SAP Domain Delivery Manager. In these positions, they were involved in scoping studies, validating customer requirements, coordinating and leading development projects, and managing a team of 50 people. Currently, they are the Head of IT Customer Solutions Department at GEODIS.

Thomas Vert attended École Supérieure de Commerce et de Management - ESCEM from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Administration with a field of study in Business Administration and Management.
