Whiteman

Pauline Whiteman currently serves as the Head of HR at GEODIS, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Whiteman was Senior HR for the Walt Disney Company from October 2021 to October 2023, after an extensive career with the company that included managing HR for the UK, ROI, and Nordic stores, as well as logistics operations from February 2003 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes HR Manager roles at Christian Salvesen from 1996 to 2003, overseeing HR functions for the National Distribution Centre, and at Jasmire Training Company from 1994 to 1996, focusing on training unemployed individuals. Whiteman’s career began in accounts at Hamblin Group from 1984 to 1991. Whiteman holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Training and Development Strategy from Cranfield School of Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
