James MacLean

James MacLean has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James started their career at CSX Transportation, where they worked in the Locomotive Engineering Group, designing and documenting maintenance procedures to enhance locomotive fleet efficiency. Following this, they joined Schlumberger, initially as a Field Engineer, where they conducted wireline reservoir evaluation work for oil companies and managed a crew. James was then promoted to Field Test Coordinator, working with design engineers and geo-physicists to test and launch a new oilfield reservoir evaluation tool. James later became the BP Deepwater Coordinator, leading teams in planning and executing technically challenging reservoir evaluation programs for BP.

In 2006, James joined SAVR Communications as the Director of Business Development, where they had a broad range of responsibilities, including leadership, teambuilding, market and product strategy, sales, marketing, financial analysis, and business process implementation. James successfully secured key wins for the company, such as presenting RFID-enabled solutions at major conferences and acquiring Fortune 500 accounts.

Since 2007, James has been the President and CEO of Geoforce, Inc. James'srole encompasses overall leadership and strategic management of the company.

James MacLean completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1999. James then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, James also attended the Stagen Leadership Academy, although the duration and details of this experience are unavailable.
