Joyce Ng

Joyce Ng began their work experience in 2012 as a Senior Web Programmer at Pacific Professional Network Limited. From there, they worked as a Senior Web Software Developer/Project Manager at Yfisoft Limited before becoming a Freelance Web Developer, handling various projects including Smartcard systems and Android app development. Joyce then joined Times E-Commerce Limited as an API Integration Team Lead and Business Development Manager for the Americas and EU, and later held the role of API Integration Team Lead. Joyce transitioned to a role as a Software Engineer at ActiveCampaign in 2019 and worked there until 2022. Following that, Joyce worked as a Customer Integration Manager at MD Logistics, a Senior Technical Consultant at Huron, and a Freelance Web Development Consultant. Joyce also had a role as an Azure Support Engineer L2 at Tek Experts before their most recent position as a Software/Support Engineer at GEOH, where they currently work.

Joyce Ng obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Washington between 1997 and 2004. From 1999 to 2001, they also pursued an Associates of Applied Science degree in Web Development at North Seattle College.
