Bert Chenin

Bert Chenin serves as the Vice President of Data Processing and Integrated Reservoir Geosciences at Geokinetics Inc., overseeing full P&L responsibilities for seismic data processing and advanced reservoir geosciences activities globally since April 2015. Prior experience includes roles in business development at Geotrace, where performance analysis of underperforming services was conducted, and a partnership in a family business in France to support gravely ill parents. Bert led READ in the Americas as President from December 2003 to May 2009, following a significant accident that required extensive recovery. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at CGGVeritas as Vice President for Offshore North America and Marketing for the Americas, as well as at Baker Atlas as Global Marketing Manager and Sales Manager. Early career commenced at Gearhart (now Halliburton) as a Logging Engineer and Log Analyst. Bert holds a Master's degree in Geophysics, Physics, Mathematics and Geology from EOST.
