Van E. Snowdon

Mr. Snowdon has 40 years of experience in developing and operating domestic and international emerging wireless telecom and technology businesses. Other functional areas of responsibility include mergers and acquisition activity. He has participated in over $2 billion of global equity and debt transactions.

His previous executive positions include Senior Vice President and founding executive of Vanguard Cellular Systems’ Government Sales & Services Division and President of Vanguard’s International Division. Mr. Snowdon was the President and CEO of International Wireless Communications, a multi-national cellular and paging company. As a company founder and Executive Vice President of Conterra Broadband Services, his responsibilities included corporate development and leading the E-Rate/Healthcare/Government businesses.

He has formerly served on the boards of directors of seven international companies.

Mr. Snowdon received his B.A. in Marketing and Management and his M.B.A. from James Madison University.
