Michael Flach

Michael Flach has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Michael started their career as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright in 2005, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and general corporate matters. Michael later joined SolAeroMed Inc. as a Director in 2011. In 2014, they joined Greenfields Law as a Business Lawyer. In 2017, they became Vice President, Legal and General Counsel at PTW Energy Services. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Legal & General Counsel at GeologicAI. Overall, Michael has extensive experience in business law, technology enterprises, and commercial agreements.

Michael Flach completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Calgary from 1997 to 2002. Michael then pursued further education at the University of British Columbia, where they obtained a Law degree (L.L.B.) from 2002 to 2005.
