Sunke Schmidtko has extensive experience in ocean research, currently serving as a Scientist at GEOMAR Helmholtz-Zentrum für Ozeanforschung Kiel since September 2013. Prior to this role, Sunke held a PostDoc position at the University of East Anglia from September 2011 to August 2013 and worked as a Research Associate at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration from September 2009 to August 2011. Sunke's career began at IFM-GEOMAR, where work as a Scientist took place from 2007 to August 2009.
