Dan Podsedly

Dan Podsedly is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the VP of R&D at Mechanical Orchard since October 2022. As the Founder and CEO of Kohort since September 2021, Dan has also acted as an Advisor and Consultant for Geometer LLC since March 2021 and holds a position as a Limited Partner across various ventures since 2018. Previously, Dan held significant roles at VMware as a Senior Director from 2019 to 2020, and at Pivotal, Inc., as Vice President of Pivotal Tracker from 2013 to 2019. Dan's career began at Pivotal Labs from 2004 to 2013 as Principal and General Manager of Software Services, following earlier positions including Senior Software Engineer at Evant and Senior Architect at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Dan's experience also includes a role as a Consulting Software Engineer at OOCL from 1996 to 1999.
