Mike Bailey

Mike Q Bailey has a comprehensive background in athletics and sports management, currently serving as Head Track & Field Coach, Dorm Head, and Camp Director at George School since June 2017, and as Senior Director of Athletics. Previously, Mike held the position of Senior Sports Director at Kinetic Sports Club from June 2016 to November 2020. Earlier roles include Director of The Dwight School Athletic Center & Global Leadership Camps, overseeing all operations and programs at the center, and Director of Youth Sports at Asphalt Green, managing substantial staffing and camper numbers. Mike also served as Area Fitness Director at New York Sports Club, where multiple clubs achieved significant revenue goals. The career began at the University of Southern California as Head Women's Track & Field Coach, managing all aspects of the program. Mike Q Bailey earned a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science from the University of Utah, with coursework in Anatomy, Kinesiology, Sports Psychology, and Coaching.
