Millicent Bond

Millicent Bond currently serves as the Director of Planned and Leadership Giving at George School, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Bond spent thirteen years at Bryn Mawr College in various capacities, including Senior Advisor for External Relations, Chief of Staff, Executive Director of Constituent Engagement, Director of Alumnae Relations, and Development Officer. Earlier experience includes serving as a NALP/Street Law Legal Diversity Pipeline Fellow at NALP- The Association for Legal Professionals, a Summer Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP, a Legal Intern at Sunoco, and a Teacher at The Episcopal Academy. Millicent Bond holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BA in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College.
