Georgian Central Securities Depository (GCSD) is partner to Georgian Stock Exchange (GSE), providing depository, clearing, settlement, regulatory and information services.

The primary functions of the GCSD are:
Providing nominee ownership of both corporate and government securities and performing clearing and settlement of securities transactions executed on the Georgian Stock Exchange;
Opening, maintenance, and closing securities accounting according to its rules;
Facilitating settlement of securities transactions;
As an SRO, preparing rules and regulations for its members and supervising compliance with such rules;
