Kester Waters

Kester Waters held multiple roles at Ikon Science from 2008 to 2010, including Geoscience Team Lead, QI Manager EAME, QI Manager EAME and Product Owner RokDoc 3D, Senior Geoscientist, Geologist, VP Global QI - Products and Solutions, Global Portfolio Manager - Reservoir, and SVP - Global Services. They are the CEO of GeoSoftware, a position they have held since 2022. They worked as an Exploration Geologist at Virgo Energy from 2004 to 2005. They earned an MSc in Petroleum Geology from the University of Aberdeen (2003–2004) and an MESci in Geology from the University of Liverpool (1998–2002).
